Founders Framework helps founder-led businesses move from stressful, founder-dependent operations to structured, scalable organisations. Founded by former athlete Phil Ball, the business combines coaching science, elite sports performance, and real-world business experience to help founders gain clarity, build accountability, and drive sustainable growth. Their mission is to train founders to operate like business athletes.

As a new business, Founders Framework needed a complete brand identity built from the ground up. With no existing logo, colour palette, or visual assets, I was tasked with creating a distinctive and professional brand that reflected their ambitious and energetic approach.

The project included brand strategy, creative direction, logo design, custom iconography, social media templates, print materials, and marketing collateral. The result is a bold, flexible identity that captures the brand’s personality and provides a strong foundation for future growth.
